سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

• يحق للعميل إرجاع المنتجات خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، واستبدالها خلال مدة أقصاها 7 أيام.

• يشترط أن تكون المنتجات المرتجعة في حالتها الأصلية القابلة للبيع، غير مستخدمة، وفي تغليفها الأصلي السليم متضمناً جميع الملصقات والعلامات.

• يرجى ملاحظة أن المنتجات الخاصة بالخيل لا يمكن إرجاعها في حال تم استخدامها أو تجربتها على الخيل.

• لا يحق استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المندرجة ضمن العروض والتخفيضات.

الأصناف غير القابلة للإرجاع إلا في حال وجود عيب مصنعي:

• منتجات العناية الشخصية للفارس والخيل.

• المنتجات المصممة حسب المقاسات الخاصة بالعميل.

• السلع المطرزة.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Customers may return products within 3 days of receipt and exchange them within a maximum of 7 days.

• Returned products must be in their original saleable condition, unused, and in their intact original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

• Please note that horse-related products cannot be returned once they have been used or tried on the horse.

• Items purchased under promotions or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-returnable items, unless defective:

• Personal care products for rider and horse.

• Customized products made to the customer’s measurements.

• Embroidered items.
